Wednesday, September 11th - 2024 League Preview Meet

1. Busing

   1. Bus Departure Time:  12pm (Next to Service Entrance near Turf field)

   2. Bus Return Time:  7pm (estimated)

   3. Additional Notes regarding busing;

      1. All athletes and coaches need to be at the buses by their designated times.

      2. All athletes must ride on the buses with the team to the meet 

      3. Come dressed ready to race, in uniform and sweats type of warm-ups, there will be no access to locker rooms or lockers at the park.

2. Event Information

   1. Event Time:  4pm to 6pm

   2. Location of Meet:  Yorba Regional Park (7600 E. La Palma Ave., Anaheim Ca 92807)

   3. Parking Fees:  $3 per Vehicle

      1. Girls Junior Varsity - 4:00 PM

      2. Boys Junior Varsity - 4:30 PM

      6. Boys Varsity - 6:30 PM

   2. Get a good night’s rest on Tuesday night, layout or pack on Tuesday night clothes, uniform, socks, shoes, sweats you will need for competition

Saturday, September 14th - Laguna Hills Invitational

1. Busing

   1. Bus Departure Time:  5:45am (Front of School near Main Track/Event Center)

   2. Bus Return Time:  1pm (estimated)

   3. Additional Notes regarding busing;

      1. All athletes and coaches need to be at the buses by their designated times.

      2. All athletes must ride on the buses with the team to the meet 

      3. Come dressed ready to race, in uniform and sweats type of warm-ups, there will be no access to locker rooms or lockers at the park.

2. Event Information

   1. Event Time:  8am to 12pm

   2. Location of Meet:  Laguna Hills High School 25401 Paseo De Valencia, Laguna Hills, CA

   3. Parking: Spectator parking can be found on the Laguna Hills Campus, Laguna Hills Community Center, and up Paseo de Valencia south of Alicia Parkway (bus/van parking is along Laguna Hills Drive).

      1. * No-Parking street signs will be bagged and you will not be ticketed during the event.

      2. * Do NOT park in the shopping centers adjacent to campus, YOU WILL BE TOWED!

3. Additional Notes and Information

   3. CHIP TIMING: The race will be professionally chip timed utilizing disposable in-bib chip timing. Bibs are numbered and chips programed for registered runners only. Do not exchange bibs with another runner or gender.

   4. AWARDS: The top 20 athletes in each race will receive a custom Laguna Hills Invitational Dry-fit T's, and the first place team in each race will receive 5 Team Champion bags.

   5. T-SHIRTS & VENDORS: There will be a variety of commemorative and kooky meet T-shirts for $15, as well as food and beverage concessions- cash preferred but credit cards accepted. Running shoes, apparel, and equipment will also be for sale inside the event.
