Use this form to notify the webmaster that you have uploaded (or are uploading) pictures via FTP for the Foothill Sports Gallery.

Album Cover File Name
Type the filename of the picture that you want to represent this album, or your favorite picture. E.g. BLAH1032.JPG
Email
Type your email if you wish to receive a notification when your album has been posted. Then, you will be spammed mercilessly (just kidding).
